Return Policy


RMA Number

All returns require a valid RMA. Please contact us to request an RMA prior to taking an further attempts to return the product(s).

Unopened Items

Sometimes mistakes happen when putting together a supply order for your business. We understand. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, don’t worry. We can help you out.

We can return items for which the original packaging or seal has not been broken or damaged in any way. The buyer has 15 days to make this return. Return shipping and handling are at the buyer’s expense.

Once we receive the item and ensure that it is in original condition we will credit the buyer’s account for the full cost of the product less any shipping costs incurred. This amount can be used for subsequent orders.

Items with broken or damaged seals/packaging will not be accepted for return.

This is why it is important to contact us first for an RMA number.

Damaged Items

We inspect all of our products as part of the repackaging process prior to shipping. If the item arrives damaged it is generally the fault of the courier. In this instance we can file an insurance claim and have the cost of the item reimbursed and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately (less than 24 hours of receiving the goods) and we will assist you with the process.

Opened Items

Due to the nature of many of the supplies there are a number of items that we cannot accept for return in any circumstance. Items such as but not limited to nail polish, examination gloves, pedicure soaks, salts, scrubs, lotions, cleaning supplies, disinfectant, alcohol, acetone, microblading needles, lash extension adhesives etc. cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

Please contact us if you have opened items that you would like to return. Some items may be returned. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Salon Pro will credit your account for future purchases less the original cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 30%.
