Custom Orders

Terms and Conditions

1.Payment

Your custom order will not begin until 100% of the equipment charge has been paid in full. This means that if you are ordering new furniture for your salon or spa such as pedicure spa chairs, reception desks, manicure stations etc the fabrication of these items will only begin once they have been paid in full.

2.Refunds

There are no refunds for custom orders under any circumstance. This is why it is very important that you are aware of what you are purchasing. We are here to answer all of your questions and guide you through the build options available to you on all custom orders.

3.Warranty

Warranty is offered on many of our custom order equipment. All warranty work will originate from the manufacturer. Salon Pro will not be held liable for faulty or defective parts for custom order equipment. That being said, please contact us if you have any issues and we are always happy to assist you in any way. Problems do sometimes occur with sophisticated equipment. Often there is a simple solution and we are here to help you in any way we can.

Some equipment may be covered under an in-house warranty that includes parts and/or labour.

4.Volume Discount

Custom orders do not qualify for our 5% volume discount. When purchasing large quantities (5+ units) of single salon furniture or equipment there may be volume discounts available. Please contact your salon consultant today to discuss pricing.
